Our vision is to create programs that inspire, educate and encourage women of all ages. We aim to show strong Christians women role models on TV and to give women a voice in the life of the church.
We’ve found that young women in Pakistan are not always aware of their value to God, or of the ways that they can serve him. So we want to build up women in their faith and encourage them to step into their calling.
We’re making high quality programs like Women of the Bible. In this series four Pakistani female theologians and ministry leaders discuss the stories of Rahab, Bathsheba, Tamar and Ruth. In their discussion they aim to both understand those women in their historical context and to apply the truths of those stories to the lives of women in Pakistan today.
We’re tackling issues of particular interest to women in our advice show, Sakhi Saheli (which means close, female friends) In this show, clinical counselor Uzma and human rights activist Nabila bring their experience, wisdom and kindness to questions sent in by viewers.
And we’re planning brand new shows, like Sisterhood. Currently in pre-production, this magazine style show will feature a regular cast of Christian women who will discuss their faith and lives, introduce special guests and also include segments of music, cookery and dance.
