2. Coalition Building

Recruit­ing the nec­es­sary agen­cies and leaders
Estab­lish­ing shared prin­ci­ples, val­ues and ethos

3. Team Formation and Implementation

Form­ing a team
Choos­ing a director
Secur­ing support
Design­ing and cre­at­ing the channel

4. Engage in Media Ministry as the Body of Christ

Serve as an inde­pen­dent board or seek to become part of a larg­er media min­istry fam­i­ly, such as SAT‑7
